Meatballs
This recipe is so good I bought a meatball rack to cook them in.

1 lb. Beef, ground
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Egg
1/2 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese , grated
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 to 3/4 cups warm Water
Instructions
- Put the room temperature beef into a mixing bowl, then add the garlic, egg, cheese, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Mix in the bread crumbs, then start with the water 1/4 cup at a time until the consistency is good (you may not need all of it).
- Roll into 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls and place on a rack over a tin foil covered pan.
- Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes
