Marinade for Grilling

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • juice from one lemon

 

Mix well so there are no layers in the liquid. Add meat and marinade to a gallon zip-lock bag. I usually marinate it for two hours at room temperature. Any longer than that, put it in the fridge.
