For the Marinade
1 cup plain yogurt

1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp garlic powder

For the Masala Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 white onion diced
1 green pepper diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp black pepper (1 tsp for mild heat)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
4 oz. tomato paste
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup chopped cilantro
