9 oz. Romain lettuce, chopped

1 cup green Cabbage, shredded

1 cup Carrots, shredded

1/4 cup Almonds, slivered

1 tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted

2 cups cooked Chicken breast, diced

2 tbsp. Rice vinegar

2 tsp. Soy sauce

2 tsp. Olive oil


  1. Mix chicken, lettuce, cabbage, sesame seeds and almonds in a salad bowl.
  2. Whisk together rice vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce in small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss the salad.
